Do you have a leadership staff opening in your marketing, development, or communications department, but don't want to lose your momentum during the search process? We can provide on site and/or remote leadership and can also audit the program for the incoming permanent staff member. 

Price shown includes 15 hours per week for capital campaign execution and management during the critical "Quiet Phase", both on site and/or remotely (some campaigns may require 18 -24 hours a week.) We assist with campaign planning, case statement, gift pyramids, campaign and pledge tracking, prospect research, volunteer training and management, campaign microsite development, naming opportunities, planned giving, gift scenarios, and more. Fee excludes travel expenses.

You provide giving reports with the specifications we provide and consult with us about the project you need to raise funds for. We create a case statement, and we personally interview your top fifty prospects...from which we build a realistic gift pyramid.  An excellent way to test your case statement, see how realistic your fundraising goal is, and how exciting your potential project is to your prospects. The full study typically takes 3-4 months. Fee excludes travel expenses.

You provide giving reports with the specifications we provide and consult with us about the project you need to raise funds for. We create a case statement, and a confidential, customizable survey for you to share with your board members and top prospects (typically 75 invitees or less), plus we personally interview your top ten prospects only. A high-value way to test how realistic your goal is, and how exciting your potential project is to your possible donors.  Fee excludes travel expenses.

We can create individual profiles on your wealthiest prospects and donors, or create mailing lists of the wealthiest households in your key areas to help expand your donor or event mailing base.

After discussing the amount you need to raise and the type of project or event you are working on, we can create and deliver a gift pyramid indicating the number of gifts and prospects needed at each level to reach your goal. This is a convincing and professional visual to share with your potential donors or event sponsors; campaigns at all levels should utilize a pyramid during solicitation discussions.
